She's Becoming: 6-Week Cohort

She's Becoming is a 6-week hybrid program helping girls build real, lasting confidence, with a curriculum rooted in Speak Rivers Learning Lab. Each girl receives her own copy of Just Be Me by Dr. Teresa Flynn-Everett to keep, along with online video access to the full curriculum. Every cycle blends three virtual content sessions with three hands-on in-person days, closing with the Tea & Poise Showcase, where families are invited to watch their daughters put it all into practice. Along the way, she'll build etiquette and presence, confident communication, a stronger sense of identity and self-worth, and the grace to stay composed under pressure — skills built to last well beyond the program itself. Her work culminates in a personal reflection journal, hands-on poise practice, and a Showcase Poster she builds and presents at the final event, telling her own story of who she's becoming. The Showcase is a presentation, and parents are warmly welcome to attend.
